 Norman J. Politziner, CFP®, president of NJP Associates, has been associated with the financial services industry since 1978. A New York University graduate with a Bachelor's in Business, he earned his MBA from Rutgers University. Norm has held a Certified Financial Planner™ designation since 1983 and is a member of the Registry of Certified Financial Planners.
Norm has dedicated his career to furnishing comprehensive service to his clients. He provides them with quality research, advice, implementation and review at the highest professional level. His expertise has been recognized by the financial community as evidenced by his selection for membership in various performance-based industry clubs and councils. He is listed in Who's Who in Finance and Industry and is a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, which annually recognizes the top 5% of life insurance salespeople worldwide. He is a past president of the Raritan Valley Association of Life Underwriters and a founding member of the Princeton Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning. He is a past Vice President of the Middlesex County Estate Planning Council.
Norm specializes in Estate Planning and Benefit Packages for business owners. He also tailors investment and insurance programs to suit the individual needs of his clients. Outside the office, Norm is a husband, father and active member of his community. He and his wife live in Monroe Township, New Jersey. He is a founding member of "Parents for the Advancement for Creative Education" and is on the Board of Directors of the George Street Playhouse, The National Legacy Group and Jewish Family Service. He is a past president of his local synagogue. In his leisure time he enjoys the theater, reading and sports. He holds a Black Belt in Kung Fu.

 Ali Shoults comes to us from a major independent brokerage firm where she served as a Junior Compliance Officer. Prior to that, she worked in administration for Le Moyne College and Bechtel Corp. Ali resides in Lawrenceville, NJ with her fiancé and daughter. Outside of the office Ali enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and doing yoga.

My wife, Dotty, has been a licensed insurance agent for more than 17 years. Her experience and counseling have been a valued addition to our practice. She is currently insurance - licensed in the state of New Jersey.

Deborah began her career on the west coast with the regional Broker/Dealer, KMS. Prior to that, she worked in the Brokerage Division of University Equities Corporation. Deborah works with us on special projects.

John F. Callahan came to NJP Associates with extensive experience in insurance and customer service. He has worked as an agent and financial representative in western New York State for the Prudential, and as a customer service representative assisting MetLife policyholders understand that company's demutualization. John studied in the PhD program in Slavic studies at Cornell University, has taught English composition at the university and secondary levels, as well as English as a Second Language to adults. He also worked for several years as a manager and book buyer for college bookstores serving Cornell University and Rutgers University.
